Pick your sport, add the date, venue and the roles you need, set your budget, then pay and publish. Your job goes live to matching officials straight away.

From My Jobs you can edit a live event, see which roles are filled, share details with confirmed officials, add bonus tasks, and cancel if plans change.

Receive email and mobile notifications

• Receive notifications 24 hours before your event
• Receive notifications to warn you of any officials which are unassigned, well in advance of your event
• Receive immediate notifications for any cancelled officials
• Official receives notifications to remind them of event 24 hours before event.

After the event you can leave each official a star rating and a comment. Reviews stay hidden until both sides submit, so feedback is honest.

Add them from My Hosts, then attach a Host to an event while posting or editing it. They receive an invite and the game appears in their dashboard.

An Event Organiser invites you by email. Once you accept, the games they add you to show up in your Host dashboard.

A Host is an optional extra chosen when you post or edit a job. Any cost is shown in your basket before you pay.

No. A Host can help run the game and manage its officials, but only the Event Organiser who created the event can cancel it.

Officials review the Event Organiser who owns the event, not the Host.

Create an account and complete your profile and checks. Once approved you get access to the job board.

Browse Find a Job for events that match your sport, level and location, save the ones you like, and apply in a tap.

My Jobs keeps your accepted, saved, completed and cancelled work in one place, with a calendar view and full event details.

You are alerted by email and in your dashboard when you are booked, when details change, or when a game needs your attention.

After the event, rate the organiser and leave a comment. Payment is released automatically once the event is complete.
